Pie Face Fundraiser

Every year on Labour Day long weekend Grace Airdrie hosts a family camp at Whispering Pines Bible Camp.  Its always a great time, but this year it was particularly fine! The sun was shining (for some of the weekend), the lake was enjoyed and fun was had.  

So on this particularly fine weekend we decided to hold another fundraiser for Inspired2Change’s water well project.  We selected and persuaded certain people to have their faces covered in cool whip for a pie in the face auction fundraiser!  The lucky victims were Pastor Mike, Sammy, Elvis, Sean, Ken and Zoe.  With their help and the generosity of our church family we raised $1152.00 in less than an hour!
